DIGITAL PRODUCTS

A digital product purchased from Twine Tree is shipped as an instant download and via email. Please make sure you provide the correct email address when you place your order with us for a digital product.

Refunds and exchanges are not available for digital products. This includes patterns and gift vouchers.

PHYSICAL PAPER PATTERNS

Printed Patterns are only refundable if there is a clear printer error to the drafted pattern that makes it unusable. Patterns can not be refunded due to fit, grammatical error, or changed mind.
